I am sorry i did not try these modules. The problem is that discount is on an order not on item, so if item is sent o payment processing site it removes the discount. See if the module have some configuration similar to PayPal.

Excellent, thank you. But I have the exact problem when I use Nochex and Netbanx and only when the module “One Page Checkout” is enabled.
